1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FretGlyph, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FretGlyph is a web-based tool for creating, editing, and exporting guitar chord diagrams. The service is available in a free tier with limited features and a premium tier with additional capabilities.

3. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Premium subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Cancellation turns off auto-renewal, and you will retain premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse FretGlyph, including but not limited to: attempting to bypass subscription restrictions, using the service for unlawful purposes, or attempting to disrupt or compromise the service. Violations may result in account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

FretGlyph and its software, design, and content are owned by BrightHouse Media. Chord diagrams you create are your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your created content.
